Functional green it is called, I call it &#8216;weesgroen&#8217; or orphaned green.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In my hometown Rotterdam artist Olivier Scheffer is active as &#8216;wildsnoeier&#8217; or wild pruner. He lends the city council a hand by taking orphaned green under his wing.
