Back to the Future of Public Space

In response to the open call “Back to the Future of Public Space: Postcards from 2020” I sent in four observations which were all selected.

The open call was initiated by Rhizomalab and aimed at gathering visual contributions from all over the world by architects, artists, designers and activists, reflecting on the changes that public space is undergoing due to the current pandemic.

The format of the postcard encapsulates the idea of travelling – the very action forbidden by the pandemic. Nevertheless, images, thoughts and imagination can still travel across the globe and reach far shores. To see all contributions, visit the virtual exhibition by following this link.
